In Pakje Raceauto you will find more than enough materials for 2 racing cars. For toddlers and pre-schoolers it is nice to work with an adult. They could probably use some help with tightening the wheels. From the age of 6, children can assemble a race car on their own. And when the cars are ready? Then you can drive it through the living room or race it down a slide. The packaging has been chosen in such a way that it can be converted into a pit lane or garage.
The contents of the box are always a surprise! You get at least: 2 sawn cars, wheels, axles, nuts, wooden blocks and 2 plastic figures. In addition, each box contains extraordinary craft materials, such as a bicycle lamp or tire, sewing machine bobbin, pen cap, cork or rubber ring. Note: the bag contains small (pointed) parts, which are not suitable for young children who put things in their mouth! Need even more? Scissors and glue. With paint you make the cars extra beautiful.
Most of the items in the Racecar craft package are residual materials. The wood is cut to size for you at the wood workshop of Stichting Stunt in Delft. This foundation guides young people and adults from Delft who are dependent on benefits. The goal is a paid job. If this goal turns out not to be feasible, then the participants are expected to make themselves useful for the common good at Stichting Stunt. The wood, the wheels, axles and all kinds of (extra) ordinary residual materials are packed for you at De Makerij activity guidance in Rotterdam Schiebroek. Adults with a mental (and physical) disability work here. They do their work with great pleasure and dedication!
