You have extensively viewed all product information when ordering and you find out upon receipt that it is not the right size. That is annoying and that can happen (why do not all brands have the sizings ;-)?).
If we have the right size in stock, it can easily be exchanged (of course, within 14 days after delivery). We will send you the right size free of charge (sale items are excluded)
How does this work?
- You send the 'wrong' item undamaged / unworn and state your name, order number and the desired item in the correct size on a note
- As soon as we received the 'wrong' item, we will send the desired item to you free of charge (in NL, BE & GE, sale items excluded)
If the correct size is not in stock, you can return the item. You can read here how to process a return.
