What a pity, your order is not to your liking and you wish to return it. The returns are also carefully handled by our own team, so you have to put in a little more effort than sticking a return label to the package ;-). To make this process as smooth as possible, we ask you to register your return via this link:

Return conditions

This is possible within 14 days (with discounted items within 8 days)
Items are clean, unwashed, unused and unworn
A coherence to the article is not to make consumption yourself
All attachments are still attached to the item and the item is still attached in its original packaging
The costs and risks for the return are borne by the customer
Make sure you return with a track and trace code so we can see where your package is. Do you choose not to do this? Please note that this is at your own risk. A return can only be processed when the items have arrived in the correct condition.
